Stephen Del Sesto is a Rhode Island business attorney focusing on corporate restructuring, state and federal insolvency proceedings, civil business litigation and general corporate matters. In his 14 years of practice, Stephen has regularly served as a court-appointed fiduciary in Rhode Island and Massachusetts business disputes and insolvency matters. Stephen joined Donoghue Barrett & Singal as partner in 2014 and works in the firm’s office in Providence, Rhode Island.

Prior to joining Donoghue Barrett & Singal, Stephen was a partner at Shechtman Halperin Savage LLP in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. Stephen also served as law clerk for the Honorable Maureen McKenna Goldberg, Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court and the late Honorable Joseph R. Weisberger, Chief Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. He was also clerk for Judge O. Rogeriee Thompson, former R.I. Superior Court Justice, who is now a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Stephen holds a JD from Roger Williams University School of Law and a BA from the University of Rhode Island.
