Yolibel Gonzalez is a multi-disciplinary artist born and raised in Providence. A Classical High School graduate, Yolibel attended New Urban Arts from 2009 to 2013, rarely missing a day at the studio. She also participated in two Art Inquiry programs during her summers as a NUA student and was a member of the Studio Team Advisory Board (STAB), becoming STAB chair in 2014. Yolibel is currently an undergraduate student at Rhode Island College, majoring in Business Management and Fine Arts.

Yolibel enjoys traveling, music, fashion and food. Yolibel is a proponent of self expression and strongly believes in being true to yourself. She is inspired and moved by the future.
