The annual meeting of New Urban Arts’ board of directors is open to the public. This short meeting will include:
-A brief overview of the role of New Urban Arts’ board of directors for those unfamiliar with nonprofit governance
-The election of new board members and officers
-A report on milestones, program results, finances, and fundraising during New Urban Arts’ 2016-17 fiscal year
