Heather is a Rhode Island native and writer. Heather earned her BA from Swarthmore College and her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to embarking on a full-time writing career, Heather served as a clerk for the Rhode Supreme Court and practiced civil litigation in Providence.
