Jane Androski

Jane’s practice as a designer and educator is rooted in community -building–a sensibility that’s been shaped by her ongoing involvement with New Urban Arts. She first volunteered at NUA as an Artist Mentor (2008 & 2012) and has since consulted on a range of projects, including: curriculum development for the Summer Art Inquiry; professional development workshops for Providence Public School teachers; community-building and design related to the move to 705 Westminster; and documentation/evaluation of NUA’s programs.  Jane is co-principal of // DESIGN AGENCY // a Pawtucket-based studio offering visual communication strategies for non-profit institutions, educational & community-based organizations, and small businesses. In 2012, Design Agency completed the re-design of NUA’s website and visual identity (now with 100% more Poly-Orange!).  Jane received her MFA from the Rhode Island School of Design and her BA from Clark University.
