Founder and Director, Ssquared Ballet

Equipped with an education in contemporary and classical ballet from Lines Ballet School, Miami City Ballet School, and Joffrey Ballet School, Sera Smith created Ssquared Ballet in 2012. A recipient of three Children’s Foundation for the Arts Grants and a performer and activist with credits including 30 Rock, Step Up 3D, and work with Greenpeace USA, Sera is excited to be part of this decade’s ballet revolution. Ssquared Ballet brings ballet into the 21st century and into the hands of the people. From site specific performances, to collaborations with musicians, to stage shows, the Ssquared Ballet experience is unpretentious, experimental, current, and exhilarating.
