Vernell is a successful development professional with 14 plus years in higher education fundraising and working productively with volunteers. Originally from the Caribbean (Grenada and Barbados), she moved to the United States to pursue her MBA and 16 years later now calls here home. Living in the US gave her the opportunity to explore her creative side. An avid self taught scrapbooker, card maker, altered artist, and knitter she considers herself to be a life artist.
