I’m Emely Barroso Madé and I’m a cartoonist based in Providence. I was born in Puerto Rico and have spent most of my life in Rhode Island and Florida. I was involved in comics, watercolor and zine team during my time as a NUA student. I’m now the volunteer comics and illustration mentor. I’m most passionate about sequential arts and self-publishing but I love watching and learning about movies in my free time as well. I look forward to seeing what we all make together!
