Last year Emma made her boss an illustrated guide to tying his shoes, and since then she has been excited to explore the potential of creativity-infused teaching. In addition to study buddying at NUA,Emma studies education and student teaches in an 11th-grade history classroom. She is hard at work on a fan zine for the Broadway musical writer Lin-Manuel Miranda.
