Adenike is a graduate from University of Rhode Island, certified as a Master Seamstress. Adenike is an afterschool art instructor at the MET School and has also been involved in the RI Reads program. She enjoys sketching, poetry, painting, jewelry, sculpture and printmaking, but has a kinship for fashion design, which she teaches at New Urban Arts. Currently, she is working on a way to get a fashion/arts program into all high schools and hosting an annual RI high school fashion design contest.
