After a brief stint at NYU, James graduated from Guilford College in 2014 where they majored in political science and philosophy; minored in visual arts. James thinks way to much about identities and their relationship to the world, which is reflected in his artwork. James portfolio ranges from samba inspired drumming to caffenol developed prints and everything in-between. He is taking a break from Grad school to learn how to play again.
