Muggs Fogarty is a poet & teaching artist out of Providence, RI. A co-directer of Providence Poetry Slam and the directer of ProvSlam Youth, Muggs has represented Providence seven times respectively at various national poetry competitions, holding both finalist and semi-finalist titles. Muggs is the 2015 Providence GrandSlam Champion and has coached several youth and collegiate poetry slam teams. Muggs published work can be found in Radar, Freezeray, and in Glitter & Grit, an anthology about queer performance artists.
