Steve is a glasses-wearing music dweeb with an obsession for all things coffee. As an 
ethnographer by trade, but a storyteller by heart, he’s committed to 
using his experience in curation and community organizing, cultural placemaking and digital storytelling, to help us workshop innovative ways to digitize our stories into sources for creating, connecting, and preserving creative community.

Steve received his BA in Anthropology/Ethnomusicology from Brown University. As a public humanities worker, his past credits include the Smithsonian, the Haffenreffer Museum of Anthropology, the City of Providence’s Department of Art, Culture + Tourism, 95.5 WBRU-FM, and most recently, the Steel Yard.
