Enid Hoff graduated from Classical High School and the University of Rhode Island and now serves as the Director of Operations and Training at RIBBA.  At RIBBA, she is responsible for streamlining operations and leading business & workforce development initiatives overseeing the Emerging Leaders Development Program, Skill-Up, and the LEAP Mentorship and Training Program, which have graduated over 250 students and professionals.  Outside of work, Enid enjoys trying new recipes, exploring different foods, and traveling to new places. She’s often reading a good book and getting lost in a fictional story, or spending time at the gym.
